Damian Daniels
Hi, I'm Damian Daniels. Welcome to my profile!
My main passions are continuous improvement, lean managment and process re-engineering. I've developed these passions over my education and working for nearly 4 years as an Industrial Engineer.
I've had varied experience working in the Oil and Gas sector, pairing a work term in upstream Heavy Oil Production and Exploration, along with 3 years of downstream Retail Gasoline Construction Project Management. During those three years I managed capital projects (ranging from $10,000 - $2,500,000) from initial design, approval from municipal and provincial authorities, permitting, general contractor tendering, construction management and project close-out. My previous experience in Physical Product Development, Analysis and Testing with Research in Motion and 8-month project with Optimizing and Re-Designing a mail processing plant work centre, has given me a wide skill set that I'm excited to carry into new opportunities.
